Cancellation Policy

New Clients must reserve with a credit card. ALL clients must reserve with a credit card during holidays and peak times. You must give 5 days notice of cancellations, or a cancellation fee of $50.00, PER RUN RESERVED, will be charged to your card. Peak times are May 1st thru Aug 30th and Spring and Fall Break (Putnam Co).

Grooming Cancelations: We must be given 24 hrs notice of cancellation or 50% of the groom will be due. If you schedule your dog to be groomed while boarding and you are told that we will call you when your dog is done, if you opt to pick up before that call, 50% of the groom will be charged for holding a spot on our groom schedule. You can ask for your dog to be done earlier in the stay, if you have a specific time you must pick up on the last day.

Outside Regular Business Hours

We NO LONGER offer pick up or drop off outside of business hours. Thank you for respecting our hours of operation.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and for repeat clients, we will accept checks. Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 return fee along with any other fees acquired while collecting on the account.
